Beautiful oil on cardboard by the painter Jean Lair de la Haye, representing "The announcement to the shepherds", in a symbolist style. Little information on this painter, especially on the dates of his existence. Announced as a 20th century painter, the back of this work assumes a late 19th century execution. Some small lack of paint (behind the shepherds), which does not affect its reading. Signed lower right.
