Early 19th century pencil drawing of a bedridden woman. The drawing bears at the bottom left in pen the words "copied from the painting of Mr Menjaud by L Adèle Chailly" and on the right "dedicated to Madame la Vicomtesse Aloise de la Boulaye" and an annotation on the back Vicomte de la Boulaye The drawing is framed in a pitcpin frame with blackened wood fillets. Dimensions without frame 44 x 35 cm
