Beautiful rectangular snuff box, Northern Europe or England, late 18th or circa 1800, curved brass walls, with a beautiful press stamping. Inside is lined from pewter so that the tobacco does not smell yellow metal.
Strong hinge, cover in cast bronze or brass engraved with interlacing, inlaid with half-moon mother-of-pearl plaques, top engraved.
