Suite Of Six Louis XVI Style Chairs (2 Models)

Series of six flat back chairs in white lacquered wood, Louis XVI style. of two different models, Molded carved wood forming a frame of the backrest and the crosspieces of the seat. The connection dice are sculpted with a rosette. The seat rests on four tapered, fluted and rudenté legs with a square section. Three chairs are upholstered in bright pink and cream striped fabrics and highlighted with pale pink cotton trim. one of the chairs has a stain on the seat the other three are caned, the caning is in good condition and they are lined with cushions one of the chairs has a small lack on the back of its backrest (photo) height on the backrest : 90 and 94 cm seat height: 44 and 48 cm seat depth: 38 and 41 cm French work carried out in the 1950s.
