A lid displays the medallion portraits of: the Marquise de Sevigné Henrietta of England. On the second cover are the portraits of: Marie Angélique de Scorailles Duchess of Fontanges Louise Françoise de Bourbon known as Mademoiselle de Nantes, Duchess of Bourbon then Princess of Condé. Natural daughter of Louis XIV and Madame de Montespan. Portrait from a painting by François de Troy where she is represented as Cleopatra. The bases are decorated with allegorical attributes of music, literature, theater and the arts. Buffer under the base S 62 17.5cm high Together in perfect condition.
