Pair of covered potiches in Delft earthenware in the hexagonal shape and with polychrome painted decoration presenting a country decoration surrounded by a rococo cartouche in relief. the lid is provided with a fret in the shape of a parrot pecking a fruit. Delft says Peasant with a rather naive and colorful decoration intended for the decoration of farmhouses. Manufacture mark with 3 bells, Drie Klokken. (active 1670-1841) Late 18th century Exceptional state of conservation
