A large landscape with figures by the forest stream created in 1871 by the famous Swedish-German painter Axel Wilhelm Nordgren (1828 Stockholm - 1888 Düsseldorf). He studied at the Academy of Arts in Stockholm and since 1851 - in Düsseldorf, where he lived and worked as a landscape painter. His works are in the museums of Bergen, Dresden, Goeteborg, Koenigsberg, Luebeck, Mainz, Stockholm (National Museum and collection of the Technical High School).
