Very beautiful element of architecture, or furniture, in carved, lacquered & gilt wood. It takes the form of a roll of calligraphy decorated with svatiskas and stylized clouds. To watch vertically or horizontally.
Vietnamese working, dating from the end of the 19th century.
Excellent condition, it will surely need to be cleaned a little better.
