"Stew Spoon XVIII Century Solid Silver Jean-guillaume Boichard, Lons Le Saunier"
Superb flat plain stew spoon in solid silver by master goldsmith Jean-Guillaume Boichard, Lons le Saunier, Louis XV period.
The spoon is in excellent condition.
It bears the hallmark of the master silversmith as well as twice the hallmark of the jurisdiction of the town of Lons le Saunier.
Reference Beuque N° 955- IGB Fleurdelisés. Hallmark used by Jean-Guillaume Boichard received master goldsmith in Lons le Saunier (Jura), around 1725. This goldsmith was still working in 1732.
It is in superb condition.
