"Large Majolica Vase "
We present this spectacular potiche in so-called majolica ceramic on a pedestal and polychrome. A superb decoration in relief of bacchanalia and grips in the form of fauns. This decoration is certainly inspired by the sculptures of the great CLODION of his real name Claude Michel who practiced in the 18th century and he disappeared at the beginning of the 19th century. Our vase as for it was elaborated either in the middle of the 19th century or a little later 1860/70/80 and we are sure that it is about the factory of Sarrguemines and it would be desirable of a delivery in person.
