A large basin decorated with lion heads is placed on a pedestal.
A high molding crowns the central body which is patinated green-brown.
The dial which has a few cracks is surrounded by a triple wheel molding, the hands are very finely cut and chiseled.
It is framed in the angles at the top by two lion heads and volutes and at the bottom by two winged griffins. A low molding chiseled with water leaves is fixed on a base and counter-base. The whole is placed on flattened balls.
The sides are dressed in gilt bronze with palmette, rosette and openwork diamond motifs.
