"Statues The Baptism Of Christ"
We present this walnut sculpture, two figures representing the baptism of Christ by Saint John the Baptist in the Jordan. Our interpretation of this baptism is a little late, we place it at the end of the 18th century and the very beginning of the 19th century. Beautiful quality of execution, very good state of conservation, to note a point of glue on the base. (E)
