A carnelian pillow shaped pendant seal amulet, with a Georgian gold pendant mount.
Syria, early Bronze-Age, ca. mid-3rd millennium B.C.
The seal measures 3.2 x 2.5 x 0.9cm.
The pendant has carved lines to the front and back and four pierced loops to be strung on a necklace.
The Georgian pendant mounting is of simple construction in high carat rose gold.
