An unusual snuff box entirely in thick horn, worked like a box made of very rustic wooden planks as a nod to popular art.
nevertheless the assemblies are with rounded tails. the hinges and a coat of arms in silver complete the set.

missing a small rounded tail as well as another small tiny hole.
beautiful French or English work from the end of the 18th century.
