"Watercolor Of The XIXth Century. According To Titian."
Beautiful watercolor annotated in red lower left "Titian". Monogrammed with two contiguous letters AL and dated 1857. It represents the Louvre painting by Titian, "the transport of Christ to the tomb". It measures at sight, 42.5 cm x 29 cm. it is presented in a beautiful 19th century black and gold frame of 57.5 cm x 46 cm.
