Napoleon III fireplace in Noir de Mazy and Incarnat Turquin-Rouge, marbles from the Languedoc, France. Ca.1860-1875.   This pleasent fireplace was found in Belgium, the country where you could find the blackest black marble that excist: Noir de Mazy. This quarry is empty since many years. The rounded, double moulded shelf rest above a linteau, enhanced  by façet lozenges in striking red marble. The combination of these two marbles gives great vivid and movements. All fireplaces from Antique Fireplaces First will be delivered with old marble floortiles to make a frontfloor.
