Patinated bronze sculpture representing a winged nymph Signed J Garnier on the terrace Placed on a sea green marble base Beautiful patina, in very good condition Jean Garnier (1853 - 1910) was a sculptor, enameller, chaser, from Vendée. Self-taught with complete knowledge, he also signed enamel jewelry. Artist active at the end of the 19th century. Garnier exhibited at the Salon of French Artists where he obtained an honorable mention in 1892 (Bénézit extract).
