"Nubian Golden Wood Torchiere Lamp."
Late 18th century sculpted wooden torchiere lamp with three lights, re-electrified in the 20th century, in very good condition and in working order. Interesting subject prized in the 18th century for its exotic side and also by the writings of Bernardin de St Pierre, Paul and Virginie. Very decorative object rare in these dimensions, height 92 cm.
