This set is made from three Japanese bronze vases from the Meiji period (1868-1912)
with rotating decoration, partly in relief and engraved with flying birds and flowers of blooming or budding chrysanthemums. patina of different color. Each of the three pieces has a varnished bronze base and cushioning.
The turbulent base of the pendulum presents a pair of Fô dogs each supporting a stylized stupa, its damping is topped with a dragon.
The enameled cartouches of the dial feature kanji numerals.
The small hand represents a dragon, the hour hand has probably been changed.
