Rare small coffee or side table by Mathieu Matégot (1910 - 2001), made under license from Artimeta Soest, in the Netherlands, a firm which produced Matégot models under the name "Original Mategot Products" in the 1950s. Square format, 4 tapered legs with a square section, perforated cloverleaf sheet top, early 1950s. Very good condition, slight traces of surface oxidation. Perfect as a bedside table or side table. Length x width = 43.5 x 43.5 cm Height 42 cm Weight 4.7 kg
