"19th Century Dutch Chairs"
Beautiful suite of three mahogany and marquetry chairs. Backrest with slightly reversed headband and a barrette, saber feet. Decor inlaid on all sides with holly leaves, lyres, foliage sticks, flowering branches and nets. Yellow silk upholstery with a pattern of knotted ribbons and bouquets of flowers, strapped seats. Holland, 19th century. Seat height 48 cm, backrest 88 cm, width 46 cm, depth 41 cm. Silk: slight stains and wear, wood: old reinforcement. Usable as is.
