"Beautiful 18th Century Glass Roof"
Beautiful and large canopy in silver-plated metal from the 18th century. A great classic of 18th century tableware; very good quality of workmanship, heavy model with thicker bottom, beautiful LXV style side grips. Rare and appreciable fact, this piece still has its original silver plating and has never been re-silvered in modern times by electrolytic process. The silvering shows some old wear but the whole is superb and very decorative.
