"Golden Wooden Mirror"
We present this large mirror from the Louis XVI period in carved and gilded wood, very imposing in size and of good quality, it is undeniable. If we start from the top; the pediment is divided into three parts, an urn in the center and two fire pots on either side of the urn. Going down on each side of the uprights, a succession of sculptures on the theme of vines, leaves and grapes and before that drapes held by rings. It rests on feet which keep it away from the place where it is placed. It is in a good original state of preservation, it has undergone some usual alterations. Very nice invoice for an ice cream of this period. (E)
