An Empire gilt bronze mantel clock, France early 19th century. A rare gilt bronze mantel clock in the shape of an oil lamp, the body of the oil lamp surmounted by a winged fairy and a flame on its opposite side. The white enamel dial enhanced with a worked rim, raised on an oval base. The movement is original with silk suspension. Dial: 10.5 cm in diameter 37 cm high 30 cm in length
