Object description :

"Pitcher Jacquot, Eastern Earthenware, Lunéville 18th Century, Revolutionary Period, Character Wearing A Bicorne With Cockade"
Beautiful & rare pitcher called "Jacquot" from the 18th century in Eastern earthenware, KG Lunéville.
Very finely crafted model depicting a potbellied character perched astride a barrel, he is dressed in a frock coat and is wearing a cocked hat bearing the revolutionary cockade.
The reverse seems marked with the initials KG in underglaze blue.
Although remaining in good condition, this old pitcher nevertheless shows the marks of its age; namely more or less significant enamel breaks in the number of ten as well as scratches and / or wear to the polychrome (please look carefully at the photos, I have dedicated the last two photos to clarify for you , circled in red, notable enamel chips and chips).
Weight: 1,600g
