"Corner In Solid Mahogany, Louis XVI Style - Mid 20th Century"
This mahogany corner with a curved door opening to the right offers a solid frame and a central panel edged with a brass molding. The top is in white Carrara marble. It comes to marry the curve of the piece of furniture while being in projection on each side. The edge is molded with a groove. The two front uprights of this piece of furniture are fluted, slightly curved, and embellished with recessed striated brass plates in the upper and lower parts. This corner piece of furniture rests on three turned legs, tapered, and finished with copper clogs. The interior, in mahogany veneer, is lined with two adjustable shelves since on racks. Quarter-round furniture, although imagined more than two centuries ago, finds more than ever its usefulness in our current habitats where the optimization of space has become essential.
