"Important Bronze Inkwell - Late Nineteenth"
Bronze inkwell with brown patina, representing a group of children with silky hair, naked, in a seated position on a rock. One of them pulls a fishing net to the edge of a river. This group rests on a large finely sculpted plant terrace. There are three cavities, closed with a floret of leaves, which can receive ink. This charming and poetic scene makes this delicately worked inkwell a rare object.
