"Wall Cornucopia, 18th Century Gilded Wood."
Object of great decoration in carved and gilded wood: "the cornucopia". The flared top, in 'tulip', receives a decoration of two friezes, superimposed, of large acanthus leaves and flat leaves with 2 'lobes', ending in 'crosse'. A cylindrical excavation is dug inside. The elegantly twisted 'tip horn' bottom ends in a roll-up. In the center, a ringed part dominates a crown. Very nice work at the beginning of the 18th century which could receive a torch.
