Oil on wood framed by a wooden frame and gilded stucco. Signature at the top right: Rodolphe Piguet Inscription at the top: à E. Rod mon ami.
It is in good condition apart from so-called "premature" cracks in the brown areas of the coat. They are due to a problem of drying of the paint, it was very common at the end of the XIX century and at the beginning of the XX century.
Very high quality paint.
