"Circular Pedestal "
Rare circular pedestal table from the Art Deco period, with removable glass top. Its creation was a technical feat since its wrought iron base was entirely covered with blond cedar burl using a clever marquetry of plates curved to the curve of the iron. The edges of the glass top have been treated in the same way. The arabesque base is very light to the eye, and very solid in fact.
