Brush rest in the shape of a five-peaked mountain, with turquoise glaze. The lower part has an openwork decoration of flowers and bats.
The base is unglazed and has a collection inventory number: 29561
China 18th century
Kangxi period (1661-1722)

Provenance: - Private Collection from the South of France

The upper part of the central peak (approximately 1.5cm) has suffered a breakage which has been professionally glued and restored, invisible restoration. Some small chips, firing defects at the tips and tiny cracks in the glaze.
