Large flowerpot and its frame in Gien earthenware, enameled with a monochrome blue decoration of animated landscapes in reserves, lambrequins, flowers, friezes, and satyr heads in mascarons acting as handles. The flowerpot and its frame each bear the Gien stamp used from 1875. Total height 22.5 cm, height of the flowerpot alone 20.8 cm Width with handles 29 cm, diameter of the flowerpot 25.7 cm Diameter of the frame 34.5 cm Set in good general condition. Note, hairs in the bottom of the flowerpot, two hairs and two small chips on the edge of the frame visible in the photos.
