Important cartel in chased bronze (height 0.92 m) and gilded, with neoclassical laurel leaf decorations, draped falls, decorated with a Greek urn flanked by four pine cones and having in the lower part a cross base Finished by a woman mascaron. Enamelled dial in perfect condition. Revised movement in working order from the end of the 17th century. Signed Gilles Martinot Paris (1656-1726) member of a famous royal watchmaking family.
