It can be the simplest piece of Folk art, a worn and loved textile, a wooden religious statue that has been adored for many generations, a Chinese hand painted porcelain vase or an Ethnic silver bracelet worn by a long line of women, it’s the stories that make antiques more than just beautiful or valuable items. It’s nice if an object makes you wonder about its past and travel into other cultures.
